An open forum question and answer session for Trainers, Owners and other interested parties has been scheduled by the Board of Directors of the Walking Horse Trainers Association. The event will take place Friday, February 24, 2006 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM at the Blue Ribbon Circle in Shelbyville, TN.
