Notice to General Membership |

For immediate news release: Notice to the General Membership of the WHTA Niels Holch phoned me today, December 21, 2006, and said that he had been informed by the Department of Agriculture that the current Operating Plan that we are presently under, will continue to be in effect after January 1, 2007. The 2004-2006 Operating Plan will stay in effect until another one has been approved. Wink Groover President-Elect Walking Horse Trainers Association
